２回目のテスト

Of corse not every papers were like this, but some learners wrote very well!! 

Today was a day for examination of mathematics. In the morning, I did revision a lot for grade 5 learners. We reviewed until round 3! Review how to solve for some questions, answer questions by themselves, checking by teacher until time, we repeated these 3 times. They tried well. Some learners were just playing though..

Mathematics need basic skill more than natural science. So there were still many challenges, but they did well so far. 

Learners can answer what I taught. Learners can’t answer what I didn’t teach.(I didn’t review about division because they were not good at even multiplication.) It makes me feel like this job is really worthwhile. I can do my best  in next year also! 

その前にスキームオブワークとやらを終わらせねばですが。毎週の、56週分の目標、アクティビティ、などなどを、1年間分今から考えるなんて、ナンセンスすぎる…絶対変わるのに。と、ブツブツ帰りながら同僚に愚痴っていたら、全く共感してくれました。ボスは頑固だから、、と。ふぅ。みんなで頑張ろう。
