I made 杏仁豆腐(Chinese style almond jelly) today for the first time.
Talking about 杏仁豆腐 with my friend in Japan made me want to make it tremendously.
It was very easy.
All I nees were fresh milk, milk, sugar, gelatin, and almond essence.
I didn’t know that all smell of 杏仁豆腐 comes from almond.
And it was surely 杏仁豆腐！！
It was very sweet and rich taste.
Other volunteers in villages also said it’s so nice.
I brought one to my neighbor.
They also said it’s good.
My friend changed to new hair style.
I want to try it also!
